Dance

Dance involves learning various styles, placing significant emphasis on motor coordination with rhythm and musicality, strong and energetic movements, jumps, and acrobatic maneuvers. On a relational level, dance can help overcome inhibition, recognize spaces and boundaries, and promote acceptance of differences. Physically, it enhances motor coordination, spatial/temporal awareness, rhythm, reflexes, flexibility, relaxation, and body awareness.
