Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, the right of withdrawal applies only to contracts concluded at a distance.
Colégio Júlio Dinis, LDA enters into contracts for the provision of educational services in person on its premises.
The online payment facility available on the website is intended exclusively for the settlement of amounts arising from a previously concluded contract and does not constitute the conclusion of a distance contract.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 10 of the aforementioned decree-law does not apply.
